Our Tomato-Based Tinga Blend is lovingly crafted with 100% natural ingredients and no preservatives, bringing you the bold, authentic flavours of traditional Mexican cooking in every spoonful.

Rich, smoky and perfectly balanced, this ready-to-use blend makes it effortless to create a delicious Tinga at home — simply heat, mix and enjoy. It’s wonderfully versatile and works beautifully with chicken, pulled jackfruit, mushrooms, or any vegetarian alternative.

Perfect for tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, burritos, or even as a flavour-packed topping for rice bowls and salads.
 

Ingredientes:

Sundried tomatoes, guajillo ,chili, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, brown sugar, salt, rice flour, citric acid.

 

Quick Use:
 Blend 30 g of the blend with 100 ml water  and  2 tbsp oil , pour over 500g  of shredded chicken/ turkey / jackfruit/mushrooms .

  • Cook (choose your method)
    Cook until hot and full of flavour using any of these methods:

Sauté (quickest method)
Cook in a pan on medium heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Simmer (extra juicy)
Bring to a gentle simmer, cover and cook for 12–15 minutes.

Oven-bake (hands-off method)
Bake at 180°C (160°C fan) for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.

Pressure cooker / Instant Pot
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release.

  • Serve & enjoy
    Serve your Tinga in warm tacos and top with your favourites, such as: sliced onion, fresh coriander, lime juice, avocado, queso fresco / grated cheese, Salsa Macha.
