Now, we bring this heritage to your table with our Birria Spice Mix: a carefully crafted mix of 100% natural dried chillies, spices, and seasonings. Designed to capture the depth and complexity of the original recipe, our blend allows anyone to recreate an authentic Birria experience at home, without the need for hard-to-find ingredients or lengthy preparation.

🥄 Usage
For 2-3 people: 500 g of meat (Beef shank, chuck roast, short ribs, lamb, goat, turkey) or 500g of Mushrooms, jackfruit or eggplant.
👉 Just Blend • 2 tbsp (≈ 15 g) of Birria spice mix with 2 cups (≈ 480 ml) of hot water and 1tsp sugar (≈ 4 g) optional, then pour over the protein.
Slow cooker: 4–5 h on High | 7–8 h on Low
Oven (Dutch oven): 3h at 160 °C (vegetables: 45–60 min)
Pressure cooker : 35–40 min (vegetables: 8–10 min)
👉 Serve shredded in tortillas with onion, coriander & lime.
Storage: in cool & dry place
Serves total: 1.5 kg meat or 3kg of veggies.
