It’s incredibly versatile and simple to use: perfect for pork or chicken, and just as delicious with vegetarian and plant-based options such as mushrooms, jackfruit, tofu, or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:
Guajillo chili pepper, ancho chili pepper, paprika, annatto, garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, black pepper,
coriander seed, cinnamon, clove, citric acid, salt, sugar, and rice flour.

✅ What you’ll need (per 1kg)
30g seasoning blend
60ml orange juice
60ml water
30ml oil
✅ Best with:
Chicken, turkey, prawns, vegetables, tofu, tempeh, or any plant-based protein.
Step 1 — Mix & Coat
In a bowl or jug, combine the blend with orange juice, water and oil.
Pour over 1kg of your chosen protein/veg and mix well until fully coated.
Step 2 — Marinate
Marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better for deeper flavour).
Cooking Methods
🔥 Grill / BBQ: 8–12 minutes
Turn halfway through until nicely charred and cooked through.
🍳 Pan / Skillet: 10–12 minutes
Cook on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
🔥 Oven: 200°C for 18–22 minutes
Roast on a tray (turn halfway through for even cooking).
🌬️ Air Fryer: 190°C for 12–15 minutes
Shake or turn halfway through.
