Birria Kit

Birria is a traditional Mexican stew, originally from the state of Jalisco. It’s slow-cooked with dried chillies, spices, and meat—usually goat or beef—until deeply rich, aromatic, and tender. The result is a flavourful broth and succulent filling, often used in tacos, quesadillas, or served on its own with warm tortillas.

Guajillo , ancho and pasilla chillies  and a recipe with  meat and *vegan version .
